Applying a lifetime of rhythm skills to strumming, Jeff has been teaching ukulele since 2012.
He started singing before he could talk, playing piano, starting drums in fourth grade, then exploring world rhythms, drums and percussion since the 1970’s, and on to sharing the fun through teaching since 1995.
Although he was in a capella singing groups for much of his life, when the world asked him to teach ukulele, he found the joy of putting the singing and playing and rhythms all together.
In 2013 he created a parading group: BATUCALELE, Brasilian Drums with Ukulele Strums.
He teaches 5 different Ukulele classes a week plus custom playshops, while co-owning and operating The Ukulele Place in Nokomis, FL, aka The Rhythm Inlet with his wife Barbara Gail.
